The creator Durante has stressed that this is an early version of the fix and it may cause issues or crashes. If you use, be aware of the risks. I Alt-Tabbed on finishing this recording and the game crashed instantly. It's not perfect, but for now it works.
To fix the resolution, simply download GeDoSaTo from the link below.
Install it and once it's running, you should be good to go! That's it! Just keep DeDoSaTo running and launch FF13!

ya still waiting on squares fix for resolution and ESC exit garbage untill then its unplayable even with this
need to run the laucher and the game exe with administrator rights or else it constantly fc everything, and it have some bugs, the only thing that really kills the game is the fps drops...

it will be better waiting update patch from official square rather than using 3rd party application. because it not save for your own account. and the person who made that plugin doesn't really know about hard code on this game, so it will be harm your PC.
there is no better way using official update patch, because you buy it with money. so just wait for the patch
This works but there are far to many bugs and cutscenes are so blurry that its annoying
