Downloaded an Xbox one and borderlands update yesterday. Character select displayed my recent character. Message box appeared asking me to pick between saves(have never seen this message box before) I chose the one I thought to be correct and it was actually my character save transfer from 360. I cannot get back to my leveled up character. Can anyone offer some help? I have already talked to 2k(no real help other than powercycling my xbox and an article stating the correct way to use cloud) and microsoft.
