League Of Legends 6.5 Patch Download

League Of Legends Patch 8.5 doesn't come out until next week, but we still have a pretty good idea what changes Riot Games will bring to Summoner's Rift. There's Kassadin's daughter Kai'sa, extinct items brought back into rotation and buffs to melee bruisers. Everything is on the PBE for testing and could be withheld or dropped from the game before it reaches the live servers, but Riot only makes changes when there are serious, game-breaking problems.

Here are the five things you need to know about League Of Legends patch 8.5:

Considering the League of Legends client is 6.5 GB then the PBE will be around 7GB. This only takes slightly longer to download compared to the standard version, but remember you’ll need around another 14GB to install it.

Kai'Sa- The first marksmen from the Void, Kassadin's daughter is a virtual killing machine. She's the first ADC with a shield, has a gigantic dash and can turn invisible, so there's no doubt that she's going to be amazingly powerful. Doublelift, Team Liquid's current ADC and one of the greatest esports pros of all time, said she's 'one of the most fun champs he's ever played' and he will be looking to main her on release. Get ready to see another tilt-worthy champion added to the likes of Vayne, Riven and Yasuo mains all across the world. You can see all of her abilities and skins on League Of Legends Champion reveal page.

  • My league of legends won't update the 5.6 patch. 039;t update my league of legends even if I wait for 3 hours or more. Can anyone help or did I not download.
  • This patch, we're trying to push them back into an assassin playstyle, while keeping some of the fairness gains of their prior updates. COOLDOWN 9/7.5/6/5.5/3.

Mage Nerfs- So many broken magic users, so little time. Riot just doesn't know how to keep Azir from being overpowered or total trash, so now they are lowering his sand soldiers damage. Galio's losing some wind under his sails, increasing the cooldown and cost of his Q, Winds of War. Ryze is gaining some base damage on his E. Spell Flux, but its spread does 50 percent less damage.

Old Items Are Back Again- Did you miss Shurelya's Reverie, Ancient Coin or Locket Of The Iron Solari? Then you're in luck! Some of League's most forgotten items will be making a comeback, though Heart Of Gold Is Still MIA. These items won't be coming back in 8.5, they've been pushed back to 8.6.

Bruiser Buffs- The Juggernaut rework was the biggest disappointment League has ever had, and Riot is still trying to figure out how to make AD bruisers work. Olaf is getting some love to his Reckless Swing, lowering the cooldown and increasing the ratio on it's damage. Nocturne heals more with his passive and has a lower cooldown when using basic attacks.

Voice Chat: Now, this will most likely not be available on patch 8.5's release, but it's on the PBE and it's too cool to ignore. Since League Of Legends has existed, fans have wanted to verbally scream at their teammates. After years of waiting, voice coms are getting added to the game's client. Though you'll have to be in a premade group to use them. We still aren't at the point where you'll be able to scream at your ranked Silver mid laner because they have less than 100 CS at the 40-minute mark.

Resistance Illaoi- She finally gets another skin, hype!

League of Legends’ next big update is patch 8.22, ushering the 2018 preseason. This period in the game’s life always sees major changes, and this year looks like it’ll be no exception. It’s not all about next year, however – there are plenty of balance changes that’ll have an impact on the game in the shorter term.

Those include tweaks to Aatrox and Pyke, but there’s also a whole suite of changes to the Resolve rune tree, including a brand-new rune that’ll be particularly important for tanks. Teleport’s also getting changed, helping you get to important fights just a fraction quicker than before.

There are also five new skins. Victorious Orianna is this year’s ranked reward skin, which players can earn by getting to Gold or above before the end of the season. Nami and LeBlanc join the hi-tech Program line, while Fiddlesticks and Graves round out this patch’s cosmetics with a new Praetorian line – the skins are based on a dystopian future that looks like something torn straight from a Terminator script.

LOL PATCH 8.22 RELEASE DATE & DOWNTIME
We don’t know the exact release date for patch 8.22 yet, but the schedule is bi-weekly, so expect it on Wednesday, November 7. That said, preseason patches tend to take a little longer to come to live. We’ll update when Riot do, but keep an eye on the server maintenance page for the latest update.
